Strictly 100 days. Which is always a little more than 3 months.
After 100 days, after you have purchased any product idea, you will not be able to request a refund, and then the money paid stays in place for this Scherer Luck LLC company.
Plenty of leeway is given, so you can still search to find out if someone might already owns a product idea (product), or if someone is possibly already selling a product idea (product) that you were sold.
Scherer Luck LLC takes this seriously, and we will make sure you get all of your money back, if you prove visually that you cannot create, build, or develop a product that you paid for, or if you prove visually that someone already owns a product that you bought from Scherer Luck LLC.
To get a full refund, you must contact us first (within 100 days after a purchase of a product idea).

Heads Up
If you do not show visual active proof that a sold idea is not capable or able of being designed, developed, created, built, or manufactured, then you will not be allowed a refund. You will also need to show visual proof that you have attempted to design it, develop it, create it, or manufacture it. If you do not show visual proof of the exact same currently active selling product (that you had purchased as a product idea/invention idea), from someone’s currently active sale items or from someone’s currently active company, then you will not be allowed any refund. You need to show visually that someone owns it or is actively selling it. And, it must be composed of the EXACT SAME pieces, parts, materials, shapes, and colors.
Only ask Scherer Luck LLC for a 100% refund if you can not digitally or physically create a product, or if you already have the visual proof or evidence that someone else already owns or sells a product related to my product idea that you purchased.
