Product Ideas - Information

If you are a business, company, or corporation that already has legal proprietary legal rights granted by the government, for a similar or related product (that you also see in my inventory of “product ideas”), then it is not the same, because I have purposely made, created, thought up, and dreamed up all of these product ideas.
I do not intend to steal from anyone in the world, and I am an open book of sharing and respect. I don’t try to steal.
I am here to offer help businesses, companies, or corporations with new versions/new types (improvements) for already created products from their own companies.
All of these product ideas have crossed over my creative mind (brain) either from dreams or thoughts.
I have NEVER relied upon (or ever asked) “AI” to create any of these ideas.
I created (came up with) all of these product ideas on my own, and it took me several years.
I am extremely ambitious and extremely creative.
I am basically selling my creativity which created the “brand new product ideas” and also created the “improved versions of product ideas” that can help other businesses, companies, and corporations with “new or improved” products. Some of which they might already have legal rights to or control over.
I want all businesses, companies, and corporations (and people) to enjoy buying these ideas - both financially and emotionally.
I will only receive one payment from these “product idea” sales (for creating the ideas), and all businesses, companies, and corporations who are intended to buy, create, sell, and then also be able to make profits after selling finished products (from the ideas) for customers of their own.
I am trying to help businesses, companies, and corporations (worldwide), by creating and selling brand new versions of products, or by creating and selling improvements for existing products to similar businesses and companies around the world.

My payment processor will be PayPal, so most payment methods are going to be acceptable.
I will make sure you (the buyers) will be prepared to earn more profits (from your future developed product), in comparison to what you originally paid me (for any idea), meaning you (the buyers) will never need to pay me more than what the product idea can earn for you in the future.

Customers (buyers) must have failed after trying to build, create, design, or develop a product idea that was sold to them.
AND
“B”
Customers (buyers) must show visual proof/evidence to Aaron Michael Scherer (the CEO of “Scherer Luck LLC”), that a product idea was NOT FULLY capable/able of working/functioning, by sending the visual proof (to the (scherer.luck.product.ideas@gmail.com) email.
Heads Up
If you do not show visual active proof that a sold idea is not capable or able of being designed, developed, created, built, or manufactured, then you will not be allowed a refund. You will also need to show visual proof that you have attempted to design it, develop it, create it, or manufacture it. You do not receive a refund if you did not attempt to create it, with failure to create it after trying.

Customers (buyers) must return to Aaron Michael Scherer (the CEO of “Scherer Luck LLC”), over the direct email (scherer.luck.product.ideas@gmail.com) with visual proof/evidence that someone in the world has already created a product idea that you have purchased.

“B”
Customers (buyers) must return to Aaron Michael Scherer (the CEO of “Scherer Luck LLC”), over the direct email (scherer.luck.product.ideas@gmail.com) with visual proof/evidence that a person or a company is currently selling it at the same time that you are “claiming” it to be owned by the same person/company, or “claiming” it to be selling from thier company.
Heads Up
If you do not show visual proof of the exact same currently active selling product (that you had purchased as a product idea/invention idea), from someone’s currently active sale items or from someone’s currently active company, then you will not be allowed any refund. You need to show visually that someone owns it or is actively selling it. And, it must be composed of the EXACT SAME pieces, parts, materials, shapes, and colors.
Only ask Scherer Luck LLC for a 100% refund if you can not digitally or physically create a product, or if you already have the visual proof or evidence that someone else already owns or sells a product related to my product idea that you purchased.
Scherer Luck will always be responsible and refund you 100%, if you are respectful and honest with visual proof.

Please make smart decisions, and only buy a “product idea” (description document) when you can relate to the “similar” or “exact same” type of product, and when you will confidently know how to build or develop the “similar” or “exact same” type of product.
Scherer Luck LLC will not explain the exact required pieces, parts, and materials necessary to build these product ideas.
If you are familiar “work at” or “control/run/manage” a business, company, or corporation that creates and sells what you are buying, then you should be fine with ability to create, design, develop, or build your purchased product ideas.

You need to be a business that develops the same (or similar) types of products that I am offering, before buying a product idea (invention idea) description document.
What your similar/related business, company, or corporation is able or capable to fully build, create, design, or develop.
You will be able to receive a full refund from “Scherer Luck LLC”, if you are honest about bad purchases, and if you show proof of someone else who already owns any product idea (invention idea) that you have paid for.
If you do not show the visual proof of the exact same currently active selling product that you have purchased as a product idea/invention idea from Scherer Luck LLC as someone’s currently active sale items or from someone’s currently active company, then you will not be allowed any refund from Scherer Luck LLC.
There are no physical or digital prototypes for any product ideas (invention ideas) that are being sold.
There are no legal patents, legal copyrights, or legal trademarks placed on any of these offered product ideas (invention ideas) that are being offered.
You will be the new product “Rights and Ownership” owner, after you have purchased a product idea (invention idea) from Scherer Luck LLC.
Scherer Luck LLC and Aaron Michael Scherer is trying to help you with new product ideas (invention ideas) as description documents.
There will be no ties or owed requirements from Scherer Luck LLC, after you buy from Scherer Luck LLC or from Aaron Michael Scherer.
These sale items are simply description documents that explain new ideas.
After you buy a product idea (invention idea) description document, you will need to pay for everything necessary to get the product idea (invention idea) completely built, created, designed, or developed.
After you buy a product idea (invention idea) description document, you will need to pay for your own legal protection to receive the legal authority to move forward with the new purchased idea.
