How Buying Any Idea Will Work
1… If a customer WILL NOT gain interest in buying an idea from Scherer Luck LLC…
—Then they will leave.
2… If a customer WILL gain interest in buying an idea…
—Then they will stay and look at my ideas.
—I have 100+ product ideas, as well as 100+ marketing ideas.
3… If a customer wants to request to buy an idea…
— Then they will need to fill out any form at the bottom of each idea website page with these following details…
— Your full name, your full business name, your full company name, or your full corporation name.
— Your email.
— Your current job title, your current job authority level, or your current job credentials.
— What day (and at what time) between 8am CST and 8pm CST will you be available for a video call.
4… If a customer fills out a form with these following things, and clicks onto the “RECEIVE A PAYMENT OPTION SENT TO YOUR EMAIL” button, then a customer will be sent an email with a PayPal “payment link” (URL link) or a PayPal “QR code”.
5… If a customer recieves an email from Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO), then any customer who wants to buy/purchase an idea, then can do so directly from their own email PayPal “payment link” (URL link) or a PayPal “QR code”.
6… If a customer buys/purchases an idea, then a customer will be re-directed (sent to) a “Video Confirmation” website page with these following things listed on the page… (THIS IS ONLY A NOTIFICATION PAGE)…
— Now that you have bought/purchased this idea, you will now need to meet with Aaron Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) over a video call to talk about the description details about the idea.
— Video calls will ONLY be accepted between 8am CST - 8pm CST (Central Standard Time) on ANY day of the week.
— You will be allowed up to 1 hour for a video call.
— Video calls will always be recorded and saved, so there will be a “paper trail” of video documentation available to look back upon from verbal conversations about any idea that was already shared and talked about in the past recorded videos.
— From the beginning (from the start) of the video call, you must show your real face, or else the idea will not be shared with you, and the video call will be ended (stopped), and a refund will happen automatically.
7… After Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) recieves a payment from a customer…
— Then a video call (URL) link (ZOOM) will be sent to the customer.
8… At the video call time, a customer will be allowed to have up to 30 minutes of available time to talk with Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) to learn about the purchased idea…
— Where anything and everything will be available to be shared surrounding the purchased idea, since the customer has already paid for it.
9… A full refund can be offered back to a customer for ONLY two (2) different reasons…
— If any idea is found to be a physically created or digitally created idea from someone else (from an existing person or company, then visual proof MUST be shown to Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) over the email “tha.luck.you.are.seeking@gmail.com” to be allowed to recieve yourselves a full refund.
OR…
— If any idea is able to be proven that the idea is not capable (or not able) to be created, designed, developed, made, or built (in any way, shape, or form, then visual proof MUST be shown to Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) over the email “tha.luck.you.are.seeking@gmail.com” to recieve yourselves a full refund.
— A customer will ONLY have 180 days exactly (about 6 months) to request a full refund from any original purchase day for any idea.
10… If you do recieve a full refund validation, then…
— The refund will be completely refunded back to you - From your PayPal Balance - Refunds within about 1 hour.
— The refund will be completely refunded back to you - From your VISA - Refunds within 3-30 days.
— The refund will be completely refunded back to you - From your Mastercard - Refunds within 3-30 days.
— The refund will be completely refunded back to you - From your American Express - Refunds within 3-30 days
— The refund will be completely refunded back to you - From your Checking Account - Refunds within 3-30 days.
Straight Forward
I am going to be offering to sell my ideas because I can not receive an investor’s investment.
You are basically getting an idea, and a video call (for up to 30 minutes long) comes automatically for free, after you buy an idea for a one time flat fee.
Please allow some time for Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) to reach back out to you (through your email) to plan a video call, after you have paid for an idea.
You are paying for the rights, to learn about an idea, and then to create a new idea, so it can freely be handed over to you (with a verbal description) in a video call.
If you pay for an idea “service”, then you will receive a video call URL link for a video call meeting (over Zoom).
If you do not attend a Zoom video call (after you pay), then you will have paid to receive no verbally explained description for the idea that you have purchased/paid for from “Scherer Luck LLC” (Aaron Michael Scherer).
Video Calls
If anyone joins a video call without showing their real physical face or real voice, then I will refuse to share anything about any purchased idea over any video call, and therefore you will have already paid for nothing.
Video calls will automatically be recorded.
Video calls will be allowed to last up to 30 minutes.
Scherer Luck LLC (Aaron Michael Scherer) will only accept video calls to happen between 8am CST - 8pm CST (Central Standard Time) on any day of the week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
When a video call happens / occurs, “Aaron Michael Scherer” will explain the entire idea to you, since you have already paid for it, and you are therefore now becoming the new owner to own it, collect 100% earnings from it, and do whatever you want with it.
After An Idea Is Sold To You Or Is Sold To Your Company
You will then have complete rights and 100% ownership over it (including 100% all profits) until further notice (forever).
I, “Aaron Michael Scherer”, and my company “Scherer Luck LLC” will no longer have any rights to it, or claim any control after you have bought it from me, so you will be able to build and develop any purchased idea in your own way, shape, and form.
In Full Defense
Scherer Luck LLC knows these ideas can be built, designed, and developed differently than any others that currently exist, so refunds should not need to be requested by anyone.
Make Sure You Know
There are only two (2) circumstances validated by Scherer Luck LLC, in order for you to get a full refund, and you will only have up to 180 days to claim any refund.
If you do not “like” the idea - or if you do not “want” the idea (after you have paid for it) - IS NOT covered by the Scherer Luck LLC refund policy.
You need to have already failed at trying to build it or develop it - with visual explanation of failure after you tried.
Or, you you need to prove visually that it is actively being sold already by someone else in the world.
You Can Only Receive A Full Refund For One Of These Two Reasons

If a sold idea (that was sold to you) is discovered to be already actively selling from a different company.
You will need to show visual proof to Scherer Luck LLC that an idea (that was sold to you) already exists, to receive a full refund, and it must be actively selling from a different company. (who is actively selling it somewhere else in this world).
If you do not show currently visual proof of an exact same actively selling idea, from someone else’s sales or company, then you will not be allowed a refund.
OR
2…
If you show visual proof to Scherer Luck LLC that an idea (that was sold to you) is totally not capable and totally not able to designed, developed, created, built, or manufactured.
You will need to show visual proof to Scherer Luck LLC that an idea (that was sold to you) is totally not capable or totally not able of being designed, developed, created, built, or manufactured.
If you do not show visual active proof that a sold idea is not capable or able of being designed, developed, created, built, or manufactured, then you will not be allowed a refund.
You will also need to show visual proof that you have attempted to design it, develop it, create it, or manufacture it.
“Every idea is able to become created in this world if you always work hard, and make it happen”
“The people in this world MUST want to use it and MUST benefit from it while they are using it”
If you pay for an idea from the given payment link, then you will receive a video call URL link through the same email.
So make sure to watch out for another (second email), if you choose to buy an idea from the payment link.
Aaron Michael Scherer (the Scherer Luck LLC CEO) will meet with you over a video call to explain what the idea is.
Video calls will be always be recorded for a recorded “paper trail” (future proof and evidence) for the security of our business deal.
Only involved people (who were inside of the past video calls) can request to review and watch these recorded video call videos.
If you were not in the video calls as buyers, then you can not watch, use, or share the past recorded videos.
Aaron Michael Scherer (and Zoom company) are the main controllers of the recorded “paper trail videos”.
There are no legal patents, legal copyrights, or legal trademarks for any ideas that are being sold to you.
There are no physical or digital prototypes for any ideas that are being sold to you.
